Swiss Science Center Technorama

The Technorama is one of the largest science centers of Europe. With its countless experiment stations, it offers infinite possibilities to experience science in both playful and educational ways. Here every visitor will find gadgets to lever and crank, observe, and be fascinated with. You do not learn to ride a bike by reading a book and you cannot learn to swim without water. Without experiencing the conservation of angular momentum and buoyancy we cannot understand their effect on our skills. Without this knowledge we cannot understand what is behind these phenomena and which laws of nature are involved. Understanding becomes accessible based on one’s own experience. Unlike other museums, everything in Technorama is “hands on” and can be touched and played with. All that counts are active involvement and individual experience.
