Münzkabinett und Antikensammlung

The Münzkabinett Winterthur is committed to the cultural history of money. It hosts a coin collection consisting of approx. 60'000 objects and enjoys an international reputation. Temporary exhibitions examine different aspects of money and coins in history, displaying these small objects in their historical and social context. Guided tours, special offers, collaborations with other institutions and workshops are regularly provided and enjoyed by all age groups. Scientists from all over the world find plenty of material for their research here.
